Jordanian Entrepreneur Invents Kinetic Electrical Charger [Wamda TV]

Young Jordanian entrepreneur Anwar AlMojarkesh pitched a green clean technology invention called "The Movement Charger" to convert kinetic energy to electrical energy, at the Global Innovation through Science and Technology competition (GIST).

This small device (the size of a small jewelry box) can be attached to your wrist, arm or leg like a bracelet and transforms any movement you make into electrical energy which you can then use to charge your phone or your laptop. Anwar explains that it can even be attached to your pet (cat or dog) and will translate the animal's movement into electrical energy.
