The MENA Private Equity Association has released a sample term sheet, designed to guide entrepreneurs through the process of signing with investors. While many venture capital firms may present a standardized term sheet, it's most important that entrepreneurs understand the terms involved here, and set into motion a good governance structure in order to satisfy both the company's and investor's needs.
