In the 4th section of our payment gateway panel at CoE E-Commerce, moderator Dan Stuart of LivingSocial explains why building customer trust isn't just a payment issue.

"It starts with the front end," he points out. "Your store needs to look like a proper store, the website needs to function properly; you need to have proper customer support where people can answer questions before, during, and after the transaction; payments are just a tool."
