Developing Mobile And Web Games: Abdullah Hamed of GameTako [Wamda TV]

Abdullah Hamed, founder and CEO of GameTako, discusses the big move into mobile games, and advises games developers not to start with mobile games, but to first master web game development and then move to mobile; web games are easier to make and distribute, he says.

“GameTako started with my passion to games, where I filled a gap in game development, publishing and monetizing. Now we have lots of flash game because it has a wider audience, and there is a new trend popping up, the HTML5 games”.

Hamed also talks about supporting game developers after the investment they got, and how they identify best practices and share them.
