Harper Reed, Barack Obama's former CTO and campaign director will give a visio-conference on the future of the digital economy.

Harper Reed worked for Threadless and participated in the creation of the concept of crowdsourcing before being recruited as Obama's campaign CTO. He was in charge with creating and administrating the campaign's applications and websites.
