New crowdfunding platform Zoomaal, in partnership with Hivos, has set up ‘The Hivos Creativity Competition’ to encourage Arab creativity and innovation. This competition aims to ensure that at least one project in the Arab world will be supported.

Anyone in the Arab world, or someone from outside that has a project in the Arab world, can post his/her creative idea on Zoomaal’s platform and enter with the chance to win up to $10,000.

The competition will last from October 1^st to November 1^st 2013 – all project that end and start during this period are automatically entered into the competition.
