Why Entrepreneurship Beats Politics in the Middle East – New York City

Silicon Badia and Chadbourne & Parke LLP have teamed up with PNB and Oasis 500 to showcase eight early stage companies visiting the U.S. from Jordan and Egypt as an alternative narrative to coverage of political strife in the region. Together with the audience, a distinguished panel of leading venture capitalists will be critiquing the various presentations followed by a brief panel discussion and a networking opportunity.

The eight startups, which include Jamalon, Zaytouneh, Ekeif, and ShopGo, will have 5 minutes for pitching and 1 minute for questions. After the pitch, there will be a networking session for all attendees. For more details about the event or to register, click here.
