If you’ve got an eco-entrepreneurial idea for an eco-friendly business, it just might win you $ 20,000. The American University of Beirut - Nature Conservation Center (NCC) has begun accepeting applications for the Samir & Claude Abillama Eco-Entrepreneurship Award this semester. Application deadline is January 30.

The award is open to all and applicants may work alone or with a team of two to five people. Projects are not restricted to any field or subject, as long as they comply with the eco-entrepreneurship indicators and have a local impact on Lebanon.

Following the submission of a Concept Note, selected applicants will be interviewed and later invited to business-development workshops to help create their full proposal. The Award winner will finally be announced during the annual Eco-Entrepreneurship Conference.
