مصر تصدر قانون تنظيم استخدام التكنولوجيا المالية في الأنشطة المالية غير المصرفية

وقع الرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي قانون رقم ٥ لسنة ٢٠٢٢ والخاص تنظيم وتنمية استخدام التكنولوجيا المالية في الأنشطة المالية غير المصرفية.

ومن المقرر أن يصدر مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية القرارات المنفذة لأحكام القانون خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به، ونشر القانون في الجريدة الرسمية.
