In Part 2 of our panel on the Hot Top Models of E-Commerce at our June CoE E-Commerce event, moderator Nina Curley, Editor In Chief of Wamda, speaks with panelists Ahmed Khatib, Founder of MarkaVIP, Mona Ataya, Founder & CEO of Mumzworld, and Paul Kenny, CEO of Cobone.

Ataya discusses Mumzworld's customer service strategy and growth over just one year of operation. Bringing "empowered choice" to customers locally and regionally.

Kenny speaks about Cobone's focus on online marketing as well as offline campaigns - getting students in Saudi Arabia to walk around wearing Cobone flags and signing up new users. Though e-commerce is online, it is important to focus on offline execution as well.
