TechForum, an event hosted by Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, is a community networking platform that hosts technology professionals, experts, academics, students and technology enthusiasts to help technology entrepreneurship and innovation in Dubai. There usually are about 2-3 speakers discuss a specific technology topic, followed by light refreshments and networking event.

The 16th Silicon Oasis TechForum will be held on September 16th 6:30 PM at the ground floor of the Dubai Silicon Oasis headquarters and the theme of the event will be “Wearable Technology”. Oculus Rift DK2,  a new virtual reality headset that allows developers to build and lets players step inside their favorite games and virtual worlds, will be presented for the first time in the Middle East, with a live demo for people to try out, also will be hosting speakers from Tupelo and Clicks and Links.
