Upward Consulting presents Minimal Viable Product workshop

Training, coaching & consulting company Upward Consulting, in cooperation with Berytech, is organizing a workshop for startups on how to launch a Minimum Viable product. The workshop will take place at Berytech and centers around the following:

    • Different MVP testing models: MVP testing matrix (quantitative&qualitative)Use and apply agile organisation best practices
    • Prioritization issues
    • Getting users on board early
    • Tools: Wire-frame,prototyping,Landing page building(+others)
    • Metrics
    • Lean principles: customer value,rapid deployment,cost of delay,prioritisation strategies
    • The Kano model
The workshop, based on a highly interactive model, is conducted by trainers Pierre Neis and Pierre Hervouet, who combine deep knowledge of Management & Agile methodologies.


The trainers:

Pierre Hervouet is a consultant with an extensive experience of over 25 years in management and IT. He is the founder of the NGO Agile Lebanon as well as a regular speaker in project management. Besides his Masters in management from Paris Sorbonne, he is certified in Agile Methodologies (PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional…), Innovation Games® and Management 3.0 facilitator.

Pierre E. Neis is Senior Lean Agile Coach has lead 20+ organisations transformations in the past 10 years;
He has a Master II, Innovation's Marketing & Project Management, He is Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional he is the co-organizer of the Lean Kanban France, #play14, Agile4HR program.
