Taker acquires Brisk Delivery
- Saudi Arabia-based foodtech Taker, has fully acquired Brisk Delivery for an unknown amount.
- Founded in 2019 by Abdullah Alsaadi, Taker is an online ordering management platform that allows F&B businesses to have their online website, mobile app and ordering system to manage the entire process in one place.
- Brisk Delivery, also founded in 2019 in Saudi Arabia, is a logistics software provider. Brisk is set to enhance Taker’s new service TakerGo; a delivery solution that connects restaurants to delivery services providers in KSA.

Taker announces its official acquisition of Brisk Delivery, stating that the company has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taker while preserving its brand. This comes as a step to further improve, expand and strengthen TakerGo; an innovative delivery solution that connects restaurants to leading delivery services providers in KSA. TakerGo enables restaurants of all sizes, with and without delivery fleets to provide and increase the efficiency of their delivery services.
Recognising the value of providing sustainable solutions to empower the digital transformation for restaurants, Taker formalized incorporating Brisk assets and services into TakerGo service. Furthermore, this acquisition comes as a result of the rapidly growing demand for TakerGo services, having achieved exceptional results for many restaurants allowing them to increase their delivery volumes and expand into new geographic markets.
Moving forward, Taker stated that the key driver for the acquisition of Brisk was to increase the range of services and features offered by TakerGo in order to improve the service to cater to all restaurant needs.
