Business Model Design and Lean-Startup Workshop

Designed to teach participants the practical principles of classic books the Business Model Generation and The Lean Startup, this workshop by innovation360 seeks to help entrepreneurs and startups design an innovative business model that differentiates their offerings and leads to growth and ROI.

The event will take place over 4 days from March 10-13, 2013 from 4-9pm each day, in partnership with Dubai Internet City.

The workshop is specially tailored for entrepreneurs and corporates who seek to spread a culture of “intrapreneurship” within their organization. Through case studies, exercises, and discussions, the course will guide entrepreneurs of all stripes through the key areas that determine startup success: product, engineering, QA, marketing, and business strategy.
