Innovation Entrepreneur ForumThe Umm Al Qura University in Saudi Arabia is organizing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum 2013 to take place from May 14-16.

The event brings entrepreneurs, supporting companies, incubators and accelerators together to guide local creative entrepreneurs and support the development plans in Makkah Al-Mukarrama.

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum 2013 includes six main topics: entrepreneurial universities, accelerators and incubators, commercial aspect of innovation, policies for managing intellectual property, venture capital, and challenges for innovators and entrepreneurs. Members of Sirb , N2V, Endeavor Saudi Arabia, ArabNet and others will be speaking about these topics.  

The forum includes an exhibition space showcasing local Saudi inventions and startups. The forum’s last day is entitled “Youth of Invention and Entrepreneurship”, during which youth will pitch their ideas and initiatives.
