The Coding Circle: game development courses for kids

The Coding Circle, the professional coding academy launched in Dubai with the aim to teach kids and adults the new universal language, computer programming, has begun accepting students for its programming courses. These courses aim to teach participants to play, modify or build their own games by writing lines of code.

There are two sets of courses:

Young Programmers Intro to Code Combat: this series of courses dedicated to 9-11 year olds allows students to learn Python, JavaScript and Lua – some of the most popular programming languages at the moment while playing a multi-level game. The following courses start on February 20th:

JavaScript: Children will be able to enhance both their technical and real-life skills such as algorithmic thinking, problem-solving, online collaboration & teamwork, decision making & resources management.
