This year’s GITEX Technology Week will be happening on October 8-12 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, where hundreds of startups, entrepreneurs, tech enthusiasts, and investors will gather for one of the most anticipated tech events in the region.

In addition to the latest tech on exhibit, this year’s event also includes new sectors to be discovered: smart manufacturing, global smart cities, robotics and vehicle tech.

Following last year's success, this year 700 startups will be exhibiting from 75 countries - including over a 100 from the UAE, as well as more than 250 international and angel investors, VCs and limited partners that are seeking to tap into the potential of the tech sector in the Middle Eastern startup ecosystem.

Speakers at the event will include Brad Smallwood from Facebook, Deep Nishar from Softbank Group International, Pooja Chokshi from Blockchain, and Troy Carter from Spotify.

Startup Movement is a section solely dedicated for startups network and amplify their reach in an open and inspiring environment. If you’re a startup and want to meet and learn from some of the world’s leading accelerators, incubators, and other startups, then you should definitely consider attending.
