Qalam raises funds from Wadi Makkah Ventures 
  • Saudi Arabia-based publishing platform Qalam, has raised an undisclosed sum from Wadi Makkah Ventures. 
  • With the fresh funds, the startup plans to enrich its content across more than 30 categories.

Qalam, a Saudi Arabia-based social platform for content publishing, has secured an undisclosed investment from Wadi Makkah Ventures.

Qalam provides bloggers and/or writers the ability to share their content easily and professionally. Unlike traditional blogging platforms, the startup has built features in their platform that makes users more engaged. The startup aims to enrich Arabic content in more than 30 categories.
