سريا راو هو الرئيس التنفيذي السابق لحاضنة ومسرّعة الأعمال "مفازك" في الكويت. أسّس سابقًا حاضنة أعمال تقنية في جامعة BITS Pilani في الهند، وقد سهّل تأسيس برامج تمويل تأسيسي، وإرشاد شركات ناشئة في الهند وعمل كمستشار لدى "آي بي أم" IBM. وقد كان عضوًا في الشركة الناشئة Shantha Biotech التي استحوذت عليها لاحقًا شركة الأدوية الفرنسية "سانوفي أفنتس" Sanofi Aventis.
