Rania Abdalla

Rania Abdalla is the executive Board member of IRC Global Executive Search Partners the World's largest executive search alliance. She is also the Global Leader of Consumer & Retail practice group. She is  the founder and managing director of IRC Egypt and UAE (Aspire HR Consultants). Abdalla has over 20 years of experience in human resources out of which 11 years were in PepsiCo where she held international managerial positions in London and Dubai for eight years before she re-located back to Cairo as the HR director for PepsiCo Egypt.
